John Kaiser - Venture Market Survey and Finding One Big Anomaly

These papers by the ever analytical John Kaiser have been widely referenced by the likes of Rick Rule and Brent Cook.

Many small under-financed juniors are at risk of extinction while the better companies are involved in large financings or merger and acquisition activity as detailed regularly on this blog.
Rule has called it a bifurcated market.
