In a Discovery Cycle - Northquest, Reservoir, Comstock, Carlin Gold

A number of exploration programmes are bearing the fruits of investment over the past few years.
We are "In a Discovery Cycle" as Rick Rule describes it.

A breakout in the majors, increasing the value of their stock "paper", could light a fire under Mergers and Acquisitions.
Buyout funds received by stock-holders could well be re-deployed to other quality juniors and explorers.

News from Northquest (NQ.v) in Canada's Nunavut, discover 164m grading 5.4g at their Pistol Bay Gold Project.
At 57c $17m mkt cap. Clearly very early stage.

Reservoir Minerals (RMC.v) has released a spectacular drill result at their Timok drill site in Serbia under JV with Freeport McMoran. At $3.39, a $108m cap where freeport has earned a 55% ownership stake already.
Brent Cook's Exploration Insights headlined field reviews from Timok and also Goldquest's Romero on September 4th.
 160m @ 10% copper equivalent (5.4g gold, 6.9% copper)

Comstock Metals (CSL.v) have generated a lot of interest in their sampling results in the Yukon, and drawn Rob McLeod to their board.  @ 36c a mkt cap of $23m

And one moving well on no news yet other than commencement of a drill programme and a large stake bought by Hedge fund manager Thomas Kaplan's Electrum, is Carlin gold (CGD.v) exploring in Nevada's Cortez trend, near Barrick's recent discoveries.
